Biography

With over a decade in corporate legal practice, I have built hands-on experience directly handling legal matters for businesses in the logistics and manufacturing sectors: establishing legal documentation, developing compliance procedures, and drafting and reviewing commercial contracts to ensure legal safety in every transaction. I proactively advise on and resolve legal issues arising throughout business operations. My time at the Cargoes Transportation Association of Ho Chi Minh City deepened my understanding of the legal framework governing supply chains, logistics operations, and the commercial relationships between businesses, partners, and clients. I also bring experience in real estate law, with strengths in transaction-related legal matters, land and property documentation review, supporting clients through secure transactions, and effectively resolving disputes. As Senior Counsel, I continue to bring strategic legal thinking and experience to support businesses and clients, viewing the law not just as a protective tool but as a foundation for building trust and sustainable growth.
