Biography
With over 5 years of legal practice at DHH Vietnam Law Firm, Mr. Le Ngoc Tra has been involved in advising and resolving a wide range of legal matters, including civil disputes, family and marriage issues, inheritance cases, as well as labor and land-related matters. His ability to handle complex legal cases – both in and out of court – is a testament to his legal acumen and professional competence.
Mr. Tra’s core areas of expertise include:
- Providing strategic legal advice to influence decisions at higher-level courts, demonstrating a deep understanding of procedural law and strong reasoning skills;
- Assisting with extensions in the enforcement of civil judgments, especially in cases with unique legal characteristics, securing clients additional time and favorable legal outcomes;
- Advising foreign clients in Vietnam, particularly in matters involving differences in legal systems and administrative procedures;
- Delivering in-depth support in land use rights and real estate disputes, notably a high-value land dispute in Long An Province.
In addition to his practical experience, Mr. Tra possesses a solid academic foundation. He graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and completed the Judge Training Certificate Program, indicating a comprehensive understanding of the judicial system and litigation procedures in Vietnam.
With his logical thinking, meticulous working style, and flexible advisory skills, Mr. Tra also regularly assists in translating specialized legal documents and provides legal consultancy to foreign investors in visa application procedures and the establishment of legal entities in Vietnam.
